Reel Bad Club didn’t start because we were great at fishing.
It started because we kept showing up anyway.
Early alarms. Too much gear. Missed hooksets. Tangled lines. One friend insisting the fish were biting yesterday.
Most weekends, the cooler comes home lighter than expected. The stories don’t.
We’re not tournament anglers or fishing influencers. We’re regular guys who head to the lake to escape work, spend time with good friends, and convince ourselves the next cast will be different.
Sometimes it is. Usually, it isn’t.
